Brain Injury outcomes using Routine Data and Imaging (BIRDI)

Summary

The BIRDI study aims to combine information from brain scans and routine health data in patients who have previously had a traumatic brain injury (TBI), to understand what factors predict outcome and recovery. This will be used to develop a tool to estimate survival for patients with different types of brain injury and may be helpful in supporting discussions between doctors and families in the future.
